Eric is responsible for defining our recipes and processes. He loves fixing whatever just broke, and mopping the floor late at night.
TRISTAN WHITE

Tristan pretty much does whatever needs doing. Mostly, that means coordinating the Sales, Distribution and Taproom staff. He also remembers most of the stories from the early days of the brewery.

Matt has traded in his draft tech kit for a set of rubber boots and a book of SOPs. He is ready to rock at all times, whether on stage with one of his bands or on the deck of our brewhouse.

SENIOR BAR MANAGER
Stout makes sure the rest of the staff eats their greens, stays hydrated, and plays the lottery on the reg. He is lord of the taproom, so be nice.

FACILITIES SUPERVISOR
While not fixing just about anything and everything at home, Wayne helps us make sure our warehouse is functioning properly.

By far our freshest and most sociable employee - Ali makes sure your glass is clean, pints are full, and barstool is ready and waiting. And yes, we know how great her hair is.

Andy is our best (and only) Phoenix sales rep and Dragoon's biggest Star Wars fan. He can cover the Peoria to Mesa run in less than 12 parsecs.

Ryan may be the most cheerful person on our staff. But he’s not lighthearted about operating filter and cleaning tanks - he runs those like a boss!
