DESCRIPTION

The Unihopper is our rotating single-hopped pale ale.Each time we brew the Unihopper, we use the same sturdy pale ale base as a launchpad to showcase an individual hop variety. As you might imagine, it's a bit of a hop-bomb--and that is exactly the point.  Your taste buds have been warned. This batch features Dr.Rudi, a very distinctive variety that berry, herbal, and juicy hop flavors and aromas. It's great all on its own, but also pairs well with all sorts of pub food like burgers and brats or pizza and wings.
