Cortado is our take on a Belgian Farmhouse-style table beer. It has a relatively low abv, finishes bone dry, and features a nice earthy and spicy flavor that is derived from the French saison yeast strain used. That yeast character is balanced by English and North American malts, and an assertive bitterness from Pacific NW hops.
5.0% ABV, 25 IBU, 8 SRM
